Let me touch a little on insurance company claims procedures. Many times when confronted by an insurance company whether your company or the company of the person who hit you. They may try to persuade you to have repairs completed at one of their "Preferred Shops" Some tactics may include Guarantee, Warranty, Time or even Discount. Many of these programs have been developed by the insurance company with their best interest In mind. Remember; it's your vehicle and your decision on where you want the repairs completed.
"What to Expect After an Accident"Call the police and make a report and exchange information with all parties involved. Do Not rely on the police to share personal information on the other party, "get that information yourself." This can expedite the claim process and ensure your vehicle to be repaired without delays.
When speaking with an insurance company "Take Charge" tell them you want your vehicle inspected at your dealership. All insurance companies will be more then willing to meet with you and the body shop manager at the dealership to inspect damages.
Supplemental damages are very common in collision repairs. These additional costs can occur from price increases or secondary damages found after the vehicle has been disassembled. Repairs don't evolve around an agreed amount of money, but an agreed repair philosophy and part usage. We will take charge of your repair process and recommend the highest quality repair with safety, warranty and customer concerns as priority.
Finally, make the decision with the insurer up front on how you would like the repairs paid, directly to the shop or to you. This can also be frustrating when time to pay for the repairs.

Medina Auto Mall Body and Collision Center,hereby
provides a Lifetime Warranty on repairs performed by the shop. This
Lifetime Warranty is valid only for as long as you own the vehicle
stated herein, and is for the person to whom this Lifetime Warranty is
granted and whose name appears herein and on the original work order.
This is a labor only, fragmented four-part Lifetime Warranty, and
stipulations pertaining to each fragmented part are stated hereafter:
1. METALWORK: Medina Auto Mall Body Body and Collision Center, provides a Lifetime Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on all metalwork and framework, to include welding and the application of materials utilized in making collision repairs against cracking, flaking, pitting or deterioration, excluding rust repairs. The Shop will repair and repaint, excluding rust repairs, any metalwork warranted hereby, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, lack of maintenance or care of the vehicle.
2. PAINTING, STRIPES and DECALS: Medina Auto Mall Body Body and Collision Center, provides a Lifetime Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on painting-related priming and painting work against solvent blistering, peeling, hazing, and excessive loss of pigmentation, and, a Lifetime Warranty on the application and adhesion of decorative stripes and decals, excluding those defects which are caused by extreme environmental conditions to which the vehicle may be exposed. The Shop will re-prime, repaint, re-stripe or re-decal the specific section or sections of the vehicle warranted hereby (excluding rust repair), when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, lack of maintenance or care of the vehicle.
3. MECHANICAL REPAIRS: Medina Auto Mall Body and Collision Center, provides a Lifetime Warranty, from effective date stated herein, on all mechanical repairs pertaining directly to original collision damage. The Shop will re-repair any mechanical assembly or component warranted hereby, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by damaged or resulting from unreasonable use, lack of maintenance, or care of the vehicle.
PARTS: Medina Auto Mall Body and Collision Center, provides a Lifetime Warranty, from effective date stated herein, unless mfg. Warranty is less or more, on new parts installed by or at the Shop. (Please Note: Shop warranty does not exceed Mfg. Warranty.) The Shop will repair or replace any defective part warranted hereby, when claim is made within warranted period, unless caused by or damaged resulting from unreasonable use, lack of maintenance or care of the vehicle.
LIFETIME WARRANTY stipulations mentioned above hereof are made a part hereof as though fully incorporated herein, and that said Shop agrees to be bound by each and every one thereof.
THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY shall be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with by any person not authorized by Warranty Grantor. This warranty is not transferable.
SPECIFICALLY EXCLUDED: A. Incidental costs, such as towing fees, car rental charges, travel expenses, or assemblies and components are not specifically covered by this LIFETIME WARRANTY, nor are consequential damages such as damage to other assemblies and components resulting from a defective part or installation of such part installed or repaired during the repair.
B. Rust through, and/or damage caused by rusting of interior or exterior non-replaced panels is not covered.
